These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy ("Terms") describe the rules for using, and how Bilguuneesoft ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you play our mobile game Polygon Defense (the "Game"). By installing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.

Part A — Terms of Service

A.1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

A.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

A.3 User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Game except as permitted by law.
• Use cheats, bots, automation tools, or exploits that disrupt gameplay or other players.
• Access or attempt to access the Game's servers or third-party services in unauthorized ways.
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

A.4 In-App Advertising and Rewards

The Game displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads that grant in-game benefits when watched voluntarily. Reward eligibility is governed by the Game's internal rules and may change without notice.

A.5 Game Content and Updates

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Game (including audio, balance, stages, and rewards) at any time. Some updates may be delivered remotely without requiring an app update.

A.6 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
