These Terms of Service govern your use of Polygon Defense (the “Game”), provided by Bilguuneesoft (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
By installing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you are a minor where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Do not use the Game if you do not agree.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use cheats, bots, macros, or exploits; modify or access the Game or its servers without authorization; manipulate purchase verification or currency balances; use another person's account or payment method without permission; or violate law or third-party rights. We may correct currency or rewards and restrict relevant features or access when reasonably necessary to investigate violations or prevent harm.
4. Virtual Currency and Items
- Crystals, Coins, chips, turret modules, and other in-game items are digital content usable only in the Game.
- Virtual currency is not legal tender and does not provide cash value, ownership, interest, or a right to cash redemption.
- You may not sell, transfer, or trade virtual currency or items outside the Game.
- Crystals obtained through free rewards and paid purchases may be displayed in one combined balance.
- Balance, reward amounts, and product contents may change, subject to notice where required by law.
5. Paid Purchases
- Android purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and iOS purchases through the Apple App Store.
- Final price, currency, taxes, and payment terms appear in the store confirmation screen and may vary by country and store policy.
- After a purchase is verified, the selected number of Crystals is granted to the server-side wallet. If delivery is delayed, restart the Game or contact support.
- We do not directly process your card number, bank account number, or payment authentication credentials.
