Bilguuneesoft (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of players of Polygon Defense (the “Game”). This Privacy Policy explains the information processed when you use the Game, why it is processed, how long it is retained, and your rights.

1. Information We Process

You do not need to provide your name, phone number, or email address to play. The following information may nevertheless be processed:

• Anonymous User ID (UID): generated by Firebase Authentication to identify save data and the server-side wallet.
• Game data: stage progress, scores, cards, chips, turret modules, Coins, Crystal balance, reward claims, settings, and gameplay statistics.
• Purchase and transaction data: product ID, order ID, purchase time, purchase/cancellation/refund status, region code, Crystals granted, Crystal spending, and Coin exchanges.
• Device and technical data: device model, operating system and app versions, language, IP address, errors, and network request information.
• Advertising data: Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA and ad delivery/performance information. Consent is requested where required by law.
• Analytics data: app launches, screen views, gameplay, and virtual-currency earning and spending events.
• Support data: the contents you choose to email, anonymous UID, app version, and operating system.

We do not directly collect or store your card number, bank account number, or payment authentication credentials. Payment method information is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store.

2. How We Use Information

• Save, restore, and synchronize game progress.
• Verify paid purchases, deliver digital goods, and prevent duplicate grants.
• Operate the server-authoritative Crystal wallet and in-game exchanges.
• Handle cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, and abuse.
• Deliver and measure advertising.
• Secure, diagnose, maintain, and improve the Game.
